Heyo, heyo -

I will extend my promise in the last update to this one, as I will see most if not all of you this weekend. I am very excited and nervous and a thousand other things. But it will be a grand time.

As for my literature, I'm reading Colson Whitehead's The Underground Railroad. I started it a couple of years ago, right when I was finishing up my degree, but as is a common result of making your hobby a case of academic study I burned out on reading for a bit there. But it is just as good if not better than I remember.

Anyways -

I am working on distracting myself in all ways necessary, and this means that the book has been relegated to the shelves, unfinished, collecting dust. It will be revitalized next week I'm sure.
